拍品描述: The compressed globular body raised on concave footed ring gently tapered to waisted short neck leading to slightly flared and wide opened rim, two curved horn shaped handles flanked on the shoulder. The wooden domed lid open work pierced in archaic dragon motif entwined in lattice geometrical pattern supported the floral jade finial. The vessel with an overall mottled grayish-brown patina.
Displayed upon an open work carved wooden stand.

Mark on base, a four protruding script -KaiShu- characters mark.

Provenance: Charlotte, North Carolina private collector.
