FAMILLE ROSE HUNDRED DEER PORCELAIN VASE ON STAND

拍品描述: Chinese porcelain potted in a baluster body, with cylindrical belly tapered to the splayed foot base, the flat shoulder everted wide prominent neck, supporting a flared rim. The exterior delicately decorated in famille rose hand painting of vivid colorful immortals in pursuits within garden landscape scene. Cobalt blue geometrical pattern and auspicious motifs banded on the rim, shoulder and foot. The lip finely trimmed with gilt overglazed ring. The vase elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand.

Mark on base, a six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
Provenance: Consigned by the heir of M Nye, these items have records that were purchased from the estate of "The Goods & Chattels of Martha Mace". Located in New Sewickley Township, Pennsylvania; these records are dated Oct 1866.
