If buyer fails to make payment in full in good cleared funds within 10 days after the sale, we shall have the right to exercise a number of legal rights and remedies. (5)?All customs duties and taxes: If any, all the fees are at buyer’s expenses. (6)No guarantee of authenticity. Though all descriptions and commentaries are believed to be correct, neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any guarantee of the authenticity of the merchandise. Any title, descriptions, identified ages, condition reports, and any other statements are our opinions and are not to be relied upon as facts. We try our best to describe listed items as precisely as possible based on the opinions and judgments of our clients and staffs. We do not claim to be experts in all sorts of antiques and artworks. Potential buyers must rely only on their own inspection and judgement of the merchandise. (7)?Shipping options: In-house shipping only. We provide professional packing and shipping services at the buyer's expense. No property will released until payment in full is made on the items. Packing, shipping and insurance (including reimbursement for damage or loss) of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. (Note: items that are large and/or heavy and/or need special packaging or shipping requirements, may have additional shipping costs.) The company will arrange shipping as soon as the payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for any delays or omissions on the part of third party carrier, should there be any. We will offer recommendations of suitable third party carriers. We recommend shipping all items insured. Insurance claims should be taken up with the third party carrier. (8)?Prohibition clauses: Chinese buyers are not allowed to participate in the auction of the above-mentioned items through this platform if there may be items prohibited by Chinese law at overseas auctions, such as firearms, controlled knives, ivory and rhinoceros. Under any circumstances, buyers are take the blame for their bidding.
