A 19th. century large flame mahogany veneered lancet cased mantel clock on gilt metal paw feet by Stillman, London, with fusee movement, having unusual provision to wind from either the front or the rear, probably for the retailer’s window display, both the face and the movement signed. In good working order, pendulum transport clamp missing. case has crack at top of front and light cracking on the curved veneer on either side. Ht. 45cm..
