A choice Egyptian faience beaded necklace, Late New Kingdom, c. 1200 - 1075 BC, strung with spheroid and conical blue-green faience beads interspersed with metallic granulated beads from a later period. L: 22 in (55.7 cm). The beads are well-preserved and quite rare. Strung on modern cord and clasp. Ex Harmer Rooke, NY, (Jan. 1991) Lot 172.
