Saint Stephen — Franconia, ca. 1500 Standing on an octagonal, profiled plinth in contrapposto, the saint in a long, creased robe, holding a book and stones in his hands, shoulder-length, curly hair, strongly contoured facial features. Wood, fully carved, neglected back.
