Provenance: The pickle trays purchased by the late J.B. da Silva (1918-2003) from Peter Caruana Antiques, London, 23rd July 1973 for £11.00 and then by family descent. Sold with original purchase receipt. The bowl believed to have been bought on a trip to Shanghai in 1993.
