Brocades were typically given by wealthy Chinese Courtiers as lavish silk offerings to Buddhist temples, so prayers could be made to bestow good fortune upon the family. Unused Chinese silks were also at the end of the Qing dynasty, often made into panels for export to the west.

There is no additional charge for purchases made with these cards. Debit cards drawn on an overseas bank or deferred debit cards will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
