A horserace in Kudan with the Yasukuni shrine in the background. The city sector Kudan is situated in the Northwest of the cental city district Chiyoda-ku in Tokyo and borders on the West to Shinjuku, in the East to Nishi-Kanda and Kanda-Jinbocho.
