Blue-white porcelain. China, Qing Dynasty, approx. 19th cent. – beginning 20th cent.
Small, bottle-shaped vase with curved, flared mouth. In foot area is rowed decor in the art of stylized lotus leaves with a spiral pattern. In the main zone are two qilin (Chines. "unicorn"), scaly with mane and tail similar to lion dogs. Rocks, pine, licking flames etc. surround them. On the neck, clouds and lingzhi, further leiwen and vertical leaves in rows. Very good condition.
