An early George III, Chippendale style, mahogany fold-over tea table, the rectangular top with a floral motif carved edge, above two frieze drawers, over a scroll carved apron, raised on chamfered, blind fretwork legs, minor damage and restoration, 80cm wide x 39cm deep x 71.5cm highCondition report: Overall - ok, but slight loss of colour on the top and drawers. later handles.Top - 37cm crack across back right corner. Lacking 2cm section above hinge on both back corners. Stains.Brackets later and front left one chipped. Back gateleg fixed to carcase rail.Back left leg repaired and screwed,as formerly broken.Chips, dents and scratches consistent with age and use.
