拍品描述: English School (19th Century), in Rococco style, A Fête Gallante Scene, oil on canvas, gilt frame. Measurements 81 x 110 cm, frame 94 x 125 cm Condition report: The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas has good tension, there are two patches of repair visible verso- including one which repaired a tear to the left of the main standing male figure. There is a small dent bottom right in the rocks and a scratch above the tree truck lower right edge. There is a small scuff above left of the main female and another in the trees above the main group of figures. The paint surface has craquelure but appears stable. General wear and tear to the frame.
