Tianqi/Chongzhen (1621-1644)Precisely painted in a penciled blue on an attractively-blown powder-blue-cobalt circular medallion, depicting a deer standing beside the roots of a pine tree that rises amidst leafy bamboo spray, an un-painted border of white within a further concentric ring of powder-blue below a plain lobed cavetto and brown-dressed petal-form rim, the exterior plain, the base with an encircled six-character Chenghua mark. 7 3/4in (19.6cm) diameter
