Song Dynasty, 12/13th CenturyThe sides of the deep conical bowl turning more vertical below the silver-mounted rim, covered with a lustrous blackish-brown glaze lightly streaked with russet 'hare's-fur' markings below the unglazed russet-brown rim to the exterior and interior and pooling irregularly above the pale-gray stoneware shallowly-cut foot; with a Japanese box. 4 3/4in (12cm) diameter
