Condition: Ch?beri (middle part) of silk brocade, top & bottom of pale green silk. Beige, gold & silver ichimonji, futai matching the silk of the Ch?beri, ceramic rollers. Titled double wooden box. Very good overall condition.
Literature: Yamakawa Sh?h? is known for a limited number of woodblock prints, but in Japan he is much better known as a Taish?-period society painter.
