拍品描述: Y TWO 19TH CENTURY SAMPLERS DATED 1809 AND 1836 the first named and dated 'Augnes Boyd, 1809', worked in coloured threads with the alphabet, a religious inscription, Adam and Eve in Eden, a ship, plants and flowers etc, within a rosewood frame, 59cm high, 48cm wide (including the frame), the second a schoolgirl alphabet sampler, named and dated 'Mary Wallace, 1836', within an oak frame(35cm high, 29cm wide)Footnote: Note: Please be aware that this lot contains material which may be subject to import/export restrictions, especially outside the EU, due to CITES regulations.
