Orient, 19th century or earlier. The bowl of cylindrical form with almost straight sides rising from a flat circular base, executed in fine repoussé depicting hunters, animals, and a deity beside an altar, with bands of scrolling vines above and below the depiction and a lappet border above the base.
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, few small nicks and dents, wear to gilt, fine dark and malachite-green patina to the interior. Provenance: Ex-collection Kaiservilla Bad Ischl, Austria.
