拍品描述: China, 19^th century. The small jardiniere painted in underglaze blue with a continuous scene depicting scholars and their attendants in garden landscapes, the slightly everted rim with a stylized archaistic blade band.

Condition: Very good condition with expected traces of use and wear.
Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland. This lot was acquired by a third-generation member of the Holzapfel family after 1995 and has remained in the family ever since.
