拍品描述: China, 19th century. Skilfully painted in underglaze blue with fish swimming amidst lotus and various other aquatic reeds, the rim with scrolling foliage and the base with a band of lappets.

Condition: Very good condition with expected traces of use and wear.
Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland. This lot was acquired by a third-generation member of the Holzapfel family after 1995 and has remained in the family ever since.
