Both dishes decorated in underglaze blue on the show side with seasonal flowers, lotus and peony flower heads borne on a dense ground of scrolling foliage, surrounded by diaper-pattern and floral bands; the backside with three stylized flowering branches. A fish mark within a double circle on the underside. Condition: With chips and fritting to rims, otherwise good condition. Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland.
