China, 18th century. The sides rising from the circular recessed base over the rounded shoulder to the cylindrical neck with everted rim, covered in a rich and finely crackled oxblood glaze stopping neatly at the base and irregularly to the interior of the neck.
Condition: The rim with several cracks with old rivet repair, otherwise in good condition with minor wear and firing flaws. Provenance: Ex-collection Kaiservilla Bad Ischl, Austria.
