清康熙 黑釉梅瓶 Qing Dynasty period. The tapering baluster body rising from a recessed base to a rounded shoulder and narrow short neck with broad everted rim, the body overall applied with shiny black glazed, the mouth suffused with mottled black and brown glazed, base inscribed with six character Kangxi mark. Height: 7 5/8 in (19.4 cm) Width: 3 2/8 in (8.3 cm) 許之衡《飲流齋說瓷》: “口徑之小僅與梅之瘦骨相稱”，故名梅瓶。此瓶圓口，短頸，豐肩，鼓腹，收腰，圈足。內外皆施黑釉，色澤深沈，釉質潤澤，古樸雅致。“大清康熙年制”款識。
