（4）付款期限：成交日起7个工作日内完成支付。
（5）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率:0-200000:25%;200000-500000:20%;500000以上：15%；
（6）税收：如有，则需买家负责。
（7）运输等相关操作费用标准：拍企可提供可选的运输方清单，买家支付运输费用，承担运输风险。
（8）禁止条款：海外拍卖会可能会出现中国法律禁止交易的物品，如枪支、管制刀具、象牙、犀角等，中国买家不得通过本平台参与上述物品的拍卖活动；任何情形下，买家均须对自己的竞拍行为独立承担责任。
