The successful bidder is obliged to pay within 7 calendar days from the end of the auction the auctioned item in its entirety, including auction commissions (25% Buyer?s Premium). All financial commitments towards the auction house must be settled with 7 days of the issue of the sales receipt, unless otherwise arranged. If the successful bidder does not pay the entire sum owed on time, then the auction house is entitled to charge a penalty of 0.05% of the total outstanding amount per day.
Payment of the purchase price, which is understood to be payment of the price reached during the auction together with the auction commission (25% Buyer?s Premium), can be made in the following ways:

China, 18th century, Qing dynasty, Qianlong / Jiaqing period, very rare and large bronze sculpture of Budai (Pu-tai), width 42 cm (16.5 inches), captured in the style of a "laughing Buddha", gilded bronze, finely chiselled, cast in a sand mold, depicting Budai a Zen master from the Sung period (960-1279), living in the 10th century, he is almost always shown smiling or laughing, hence his nickname in Chinese, the "Laughing Buddha", as he is traditionally depicted as fat, he is also referred to as the "Fat Buddha", especially in the Western world, on the inside of the bronze is a period collector's or antique label is affixed, old hardwood carved base, dimensions of the bronze sculpture 17,5 x 41 x 20,5, weight of the bronze sculpture 10,7 kg, overall dimensions with base 24 x 42 x 20,5 cm, total weight with base 12,7 kg. This sculpture is a very valuable and collectible interesting artifact, especially due to its rare dimensions, very high quality manufacture and finely chiselled bronze. Provenance: Originally from the collection of journalist and politician Vaclav Jaroslav Klofac (1868 - 1942), who was the first Czechoslovak Minister of National Defense after the establishment of the republic and a long-time senator of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic. This sculpture became part of his impressive collection of Asian antiques in 1904.
