It's no wonder that Ebony wood over 3000 years old has been found in Egyptian tombs. Ebony is a rich and sensuous wood that was sought after by royalty of Persia and India. The dense fine grain of Tanzanian ebony is regarded as superior to that from other sources and finishes to the best lustrous finish.
