An elaborately inlaid five-case wood inr?. 18th/19th centuryThe natural wood, possibly tagayasan, with a pronounced grain decorated with inlays of glazed ceramic, partly lacquered over in places with various colours of green, displaying on one side T?bosaku holding a peach in company of a white stag (chipped), both standing on swirls of clouds rendered in brown sabiji (some losses), the garment borders of mother-of-pearl, and on the other side Gama Sennin standing with a blossoming peach branch and a toad on his shoulder exhaling its breath. At the bottom a green-glazed ceramic seal Kan.
