拍品描述: This is a 1970's 18k yellow gold and carved Abalone cameo brooch/pendant. It is centrally set with a large hand carved cameo that features a young maiden. It exhibits a peacock overtone with an excellent luster. It measures 40.00mm x 30.00mm and it is framed with multicolored emeralds, sapphires and rubies interspersed with 5 round brilliant cut diamonds. They are in a handmade 18K yellow gold mounting that weighs 12.70dwt.
