This is a 1970's 18k yellow gold and diamond gemstone ring. The ring is centrally set with a faceted rectangular cut color change synthetic sapphire that weighs 16.00cts. It is framed with 10 rose cut diamonds that weigh approximately .20cts. They are set in a handmade open frame heart shaped 18k yellow gold mounting that weighs 6.30dwt. The ring is a size 6 1/2. As you can see from the photos the ring is in overall good condition.
