An original South African Presidential voting paper or ballot paper for PROV West Cape with unique serial number 2622012 that has been signed best wishes Nelson Mandela 14.12.94 and this is in good condition with a very slight crease to the upper left corner. A nice presentation for the Historical collector in this format.
