18th C. Ge Type Porcelain Brush Rest On Stand The brush rest have unique shape of five peak curved upward, resembled the stone mountain peaks, higher to the center. All covered in a pale-grayish-celadon glaze, with a single network of wide dark grey crackles along the surfaces, and darker lining to the top of rim and neck interior with olive-greenish hue. The foot rim remain unglazed, revealed deep-brown ground with speckles firing marks. The shape is uniformly proportioned. Displayed upon a carved hardwood stand. Mark on base, a six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period Of Great Qing.
