Chinese enamel cloisonne works on gilt bronze vessel casted in bulbous body slandered to square corners of square flared opening mouth and foot. The globular mid-section is finely enameled against a bright turquoise ground with bands of floral scrolls. Each section of the vase is cast with a set of four flanges that start at the upper lip and follow down to the foot of the vessel. Three straight gilt line banded across the body. The composition is sophisticated and the colors are a feast for the eye.
Mark on the base, incised four script -KaiShu- characters enclosed within a square frame border, KangXi Reign Period.
