Robert Stubbs, a 1/12th scale Tudor style wooden dolls house, the imposing oak beamed house fitted with thirteen rooms each with a removable front upon magnetic catches, detailed with opening doors, imitation lead glazed panelled windows, planked floors, fire places, staircases, etc. with simulated thatched roof, and brick chimneys, with fitted transformer and internal fitted lighting, together with stand, house 64 x 47 x 24 (162.5cm x 119.5cm x 41cm), stand 86 x 21.25 x 25 (218.5cm x 54cm x 63.5cm), plus a Graham John Wood 1/12th scale wooden model horses stable with thatched roof and oak beam decoration, 15 (38cm) wide, a similar summerhouse, and a painted horse drawn carriage. Not marked Robert Stubbs, generally good overall condition however piece is used with signs of wear and minor damage, base in similar condition with damage to lamp, sold as display only, electrics will need to be checked by a qualified electrician.
