Hallmarked Joseph Willmore, Birmingham 1835. Length 3cm, weight 9.1 grams. Appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing consistent with the age and use. Some minor surface nicks and slightly heavier wear around edges and to corners. Some surface rubbing to decoration but mostly still good and bright. Both hinged lids appear in good working order and close securely. Main lid rises very slightly when closed so that there is a small gap.
