Globular form with a shallow domed covered and lid to convert as a humidore. Earthenware body decorated with large panels of sages in a rock garden and Buddhist masters. Surrounded by brocade panels and collar. Cover painted with a largeangel and Tang style decoration on interior cover, Meiji 19th C. H 19 cm. (7 1/2 in.)
