The vase is decorated with continuous lotus and chrysanthemum sprays surrounded by polychromed tendrils, the shoulder flanked by a pair of ram-shaped handles, all against tangerine-ground glaze, with a band of lotus bloom within ruyi-head at the rim, and a band of key-fret at the foot. {Height: 19 7/8 inches (50.5 cm)}.
