A uniquely designed spirit jar with a lid in the shape of a bird, and the jar shaped corresponding to a body of a bird. Such wares are not often seen or displayed, but similar designs on other spirit jars can be found in various museums. Size: 22 x 5 x 12. Acquired by a German collector in 1930s, thence by descent.
