LOT NOTES A Philadelphia artist, William Corasick was a painter and teacher in the Philadelphia public schools. Having studied at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania, Corasick was also a member of the Philadelphia Artist Alliance. Corasick's paintings were exhibited the the Pennsylvania Academy and National Academy of Design. The present lot is an exceptionally beautiful and colorful still life showcasing Corasick's fluid modernist style.
