Dark blue cover with the coats of arms of the Oda and Ashikaga clans, book title "Ehon kodoki"(?), text and 11 b/w illustrated double pages. The book begins with illustration of the Azuchi-Shuron, a debate initiated by Oda Nobunaga in 1579 between the Nichiren and Jodo sect, followed by important events of the 16th century. Very good print, slightly yellowed, lower margin soiled with folds and corners, some stains. (299)
