拍品描述: MUGHAL SCHOOL (c. 19th century) "Rustam Hunting Lion" (with text verso) Mixed media on paper. Sight: 13 3/4 x 7 3/4 inches; Frame: 22 3/8 x 16 1/2 inches (glass on both sides of the frame so the front and back of the sheet are visible). Unsigned; does have a label verso at the bottom of the frame: "An original water colour on handmade rice paper in the Safavid School depicting Rustam mounted on Rakhsh hunting a lion. / circ. 1840" (this label has not gallery or institution attached to it). (Condition: Please contact fine arts department for a full condition report.)
