（4）付款期限：账单日起7日内完成全部支付。
（5）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率0 - 100,000 23%，100,000 - 1,000,000 20%，1,000,000 - 以上 12%。
（6）税收：如有，买家承担。
（7）运输等相关操作费用标准：拍企可推荐物流公司，买家自行支付相关运输和保险等费用，承担运输风险。
（8）禁止条款：海外拍卖会可能会出现中国法律禁止交易的物品，如枪支、管制刀具、象牙、犀角等，中国买家不得通过本平台参与上述物品的拍卖活动；任何情形下，买家均须对自己的竞拍行为独立承担责任。
