拍品描述: A George III mahogany and boxwood lined automata longcase clock, indistinctly signed by a Perth maker, the enamelled dial with Arabic and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date dial, the arch with three masted ship automata, the spandrels painted with flowers and foliage, the twin train four pillar movement striking on a bell within broken scroll pediment hood supported by fluted cylindrical columns, the shaped trunk door flanked by fluted quarter columns with brass collars, on a rectangular base with bracket feet, winding key and weights present, overall 216cm high.
