拍品描述: Large gilt hand carved 19th century stool in wonderful condition with original long wearing Mohair fabric over the tightly stuffed horsehair padding. Antique tan background with floral in hues of gold, black and red, rust with various shades of green and brown. Large brass nail head trim surrounds the fabric in excellent condition and clean as is the entire stool with exception to the missing bottom of the carved gilt open work center loop carving on one side only of the deep scrolled apron. Floral smaller carvings on either side. Shown in the last photo. Beautiful carvings cover the large cabriole legs and feet. Extremely soun1250d circular support carving connecting the legs. Can be used as a very unusual stool or with a small piece of glass or tray set on top center can be used as a coffee table. Very handsome piece. Measures 33 L X 33 W X 27 H. Item ID: LC36985
