拍品描述: Japan. 19th c. Six part with offset cord runner. Fundame gold lacquer with takamakie in gold, silver and with kirikane and aogai. Inside nashiji. The elegant shape gives the ideal background for the well-made design. The falcon perched on a high pine with outspread wings expresses great tension. His feathers, the trunk of the tree and the pine needles all given in fine detail contrast masterly with the free space. Length 10.3cm, width 3.7cm. Sign.: On the lowest compartment at the side: Ry?gyokusai. Condition A/B. Provenance: -West German private collection.
