拍品描述: Description: ARCHITECTURAL WROUGHT-IRON PANELS REPUTEDLY MADE BY A PROMINENT IRON ARTISAN, PHILADELPHIA, 19th century. Associated with mahogany pine staircase with a pair of bookases. The staircase with a hand-forged slanted foliate design wrought-iron handrail together with a hand-forged wrought-iron balustrade originally mounted on a gallery at the top of the library staircase, with an overall scrolling foliate design centering a flowerhead. Each associated bookcase with adjustable shelves, fluted stiles with acanthus-carved capitals and a scrolling foliate-carved single base drawer with cast-iron drop pulls (Bookcases: 83 1/4in. x 29in. x 26 1/2in.) - H: 80 in.; W: 28 1/4 in. at bottom step.
