These antique, handwoven silks from Mandalay come from the collection of a Burmese Shan princess are robust, impeccably preserved textiles displaying a captivating, confident and finely balanced color scheme - completely vibrant and thus also well suited for new use. Either according to their original custom as a long skirt or, for example, as silk cushions. This fabric may be carefully washed in cold/lukewarm water; chemical cleaning is not recommended. Very good condition. The illustration shows the half length of pieces sewn together.
