Jade. China, late Neolithic to Bronze Age (approx. 2000 to 1500 BC)
Very good, effective, dark disc with rich play in grain, as well as weathered, suppler mineral zones. Black-green color of the jade, both sides smooth resp?te with light "cloudy" relief as well as dot-size areas, which were formed in the ageing process. Furthermore, a compact network of whitish veins lends a spirited effect and certainly also evolved in the course of mineralogical ageing.
