拍品描述: Musical Mahogany Travel Sewing Box. The 2 tone mahogany box has a hinged lid with brass handle, mother of pearl inlay on the top and stands on brass ball feet; interior with mirror on the reverse of the lid and felt covered storage tray holding mother of pearl mounted sewing instruments. Contains a 2.5 in. brass cylinder 2 tune spring driven music box in the base, stamped with initials “FMM”, in working condition, has winding key. Very nice, original finish, some silvering loss to the mirror, missing 1 piece and mother of pearl thimble is broken, music box is working. 3.5 in. high x 7.25 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
