拍品描述: Pierced Brass Fusee Skeleton Clock. 6 in. painted metal and pierced decorated dial has an open center and black Roman hour numerals, black hands; quality single fusee spring driven movement with fancy pierced brass steeple plates, recoil escapement and passing hour drop hammer strike on a bell at the top of the movement. Brass pendulum bob, on a round ebonized wood base with replaced glass dome. Signed with tag for “G. & F. cope, Makers, Nottingham”. Shows some extra solder at the base of the plates above the turned brass feet. 20 in. high x 13 in. dia. Weight: 11.5 lbs.
