拍品描述: American Weight Driven Banjo Clock. 8 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals and open moon hands; typical brass 8 day weight driven banjo clock movement with iron weight, steel pendulum rod and brass bob. Mahogany banjo case with turned teardrop finial, round door bezel with original glass, beveled throat and door frame with original reverse painted and gilt leaf glasses and scrolling wood side arms. Original finish, has repairs to the side arms, throat glass is cracked in the lower right corner and chip at the tip of the finial. 33 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep.
