拍品描述: Hamilton Model 22 Ships Chronometer. 2.5 in. painted dial signed “Hamilton, Lancaster, Pa. USA” with black hour numbers, up/down indicator, sub seconds dial and original blued hands; quality spring driven stem wind, pin set movement, not running or setting. Gimbaled brass tub, bezel and hardware. Mahogany outer box with Mahogany double hinged inner box with silvered tag on the front; back plate of tub reads “Mtd. Watch, Bureau of Ships, U.S. Navy, 8968-1943. Original finish, as found in estate, not running, cannot open tub. 8 in. high x 10.5 in. wide x 9 in. deep. Weight: 10.75 lbs.
